… because my eyes have been sore and itchy all day, and by about 2pm, I couldn’t bear wearing my contact lenses anyway. Luckily, I had my glasses with me for once, because I’d stayed at Marion’s; unhappily, I’m worried I’ve caught her eye infection from touching my eyes after handling something that she had handled after touching her eyes…

Also today, I am mostly … being amused by this blog’s statistics

… and specifically by the fact that most of its readers connect from my work servers. And aren’t me.

So hi to frequent visitors: Safari user with a Mac (not a lot of you in the company, are there?), IE7 user on XP (probably a few of you, including me), and the IE7 and Firefox users on Windows Server (on WinNT according to Sitemeter, but probably 2000 or 2003).
