… even though I’m not planning anything much. I’m going to a friend’s tonight on the way home from work, for dinner and social interaction, but apart from that, it’s mostly going to be a weekend of housework. But I’m still looking forward to not-working.

Also today, I am mostly … regretting the weather

… because Wednesday’s sprinkling of snow quickly gave way to rain; it was all melted by the evening, and since then the weather’s been horribly stormy. We’ve had it fairly lightly in Northern Ireland compared to Britain, to be fair, but it’s still lousy. It wasn’t too bad driving up to Belfast this morning, but it’s supposed to get bad again over the next few days.
